Ltd. recently supplied pressure sensors to a leading HCV (Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle) vehicle manufacturer in China.
HCV uses a variety of pressure sensors for hydrogen tanks, hydrogen injectors, hydrogen circulation, air intake, coolant circulation, etc. The pressure ranges from tens of megapascals to hundreds of kilopascals, and the measurement medium includes high-pressure hydrogen, medium-pressure hydrogen, low-pressure hydrogen (with water), air, water, etc. As hydrogen is easy to occur in hydrogen embrittlement with metal materials, hydrogen is flammable, explosive, and easy to leak, which makes the material and structure design of the sensor more difficult.
